Our website is open right now for all your herbal needs! Teas, tinctures, syrups, salves, dried flowers and bulk herbs. Even gift cards you can give to a loved one. We’ll be taking a short break, from the solstice to the new year, so if you want your herbs shipped out in a timely fashion, place your order before December 19. I just updated our inventory of bulk dried herbs because we are seeing so many people mixing their own tea blends! It’s beautiful! I love making products but I love even more that our herbs go to so many talented healers and herbalists to reach people all over.

Wild Cherries year one and year two programs are now open! Our 2026 Intro to Herbal Medicine is a three-season, 108-hour weekend herbal intensive exploring health, resilience and the plant world. The program involves hands-on learning about medicine making, herbal knowledge and botany, to deepen our experience in the world and support resistance to systems of oppression.
Our Y2: Racemes of Delight curriculum focuses on intermediate herbal skills involving case studies and plant sips, and dives more deeply into physiology and anatomy and new medicine making techniques while caring for yourself and loved ones. This program only runs ever other year.

New syrups and honeys! I thought I had given up making you syrups, they are just so sticky and take a lot of time and care, but then I realized they are just too yummy. They are great medicines that help support our bodies and so I gave in, our original elderberry tonic and cough syrups are joined by a new tulsi rose hunny, sleepy time syrup and golden hunny. Our plant sale is open! Pre-order for pick up in May, we have flowers, herbs, pollinator plants, trees and more! We have gourds! Indigo! We are excited about offering new and different plants. And instead of 6 packs, you can buy your seedlings in 4 packs (or get two if you want 8 plants!). Inventory updated everyone Monday. If you have any questions about plant care or growing habits please ask, I’ll answer questions for everyone to see.

Thought you might need some beauty today. Offering mixed flower buckets for sale this season! Starting mid May-early October, a bucket contains about 100 stems of gorgeous blooms. Let us know your color scheme, how long you’re going to hold them before your event (so we can pick them at just the right time) and pick up at the farm or the farmers market! Preorder on our website if you know your event is coming up. We can send photos of any week’s predicted blooms, so just ask!

February 16, gather with us as we process fresh elecampane root, a warming moving lung herb that helps get rid of stuck phlegm and mucus, is antibacterial and makes a delicious cough syrup. We’ll make syrups for everyone to bring home and get to know this easy to grow plant. You’ll get seeds too that will sprout anywhere you put em! We are taking applications for the Wild Cherries Herbal Studies Program until February 14! We would love for you to join us on this immersive three season program to deepen your connection to the natural world. With three fabulous teachers, a student garden and a group of amazing classmates, every year this program fosters amazing community in the Pittsburgh area. We have several full paying spots still available as well as scholarship and work trade spots for trans folks and BIPOC folks

We want to work with other hardworking fun people! Hiring for two positions, one for the spring only where you get to help in the greenhouse and then getting all the babies out planted in the field. The other position will continue for the rest of the season, cultivating, harvesting and doing all the fun and tough work of farming 1.5 acres of flowers and herbs! Application on our website

We talk about botany, body systems, energetic, medicine making under the broad context of anti-capitalism and decolonization. We are deeply committed to bringing these practices to trans and BIPOC folks and have scholarships available to make the program more accessible.
