Live Plant Pre-Order Form

*Helpful Tip: Write down your order first, and then fill out this form. The form times out after about 15 minutes and my level of web wizardry doesn't allow me to fix this.

To pre-order, complete the order form below. Please make sure to tell us your color & variety preference (if there are different options) and the quantity of each type of plant. After you've submitted the form, we'll email you a paypal invoice. All orders must be prepaid

There are different (and new) sizes to choose from.
- Three inch pots are a single plant ready to go into the ground or into a bigger permanent pot home
- 4 packs are four plants, each about half the size as a three inch pot. So the plants can be smaller, but there's four of them ready to go right into the ground with care and watering. If there are multiple color choices, you can mix colors. (These are larger than our 6 packs from previous years,, giving you four larger plants.)
- 1/2 and whole gallon pots are perennial established plants

The deadline for ordering live plants is May 10th. Every Monday inventory will be updated. Your plants will be available for pick up at the farm staring at the beginning of May, watch out for our email at the end of April about pick up details.

Check the plants you'd like to order. Plants come in a variety of sizes, as noted.

For multiples of one species, please be sure to add a note in the space provided at the bottom to indicate the total amount of each species you would like to order. For example: "2 Marshmallow 4 packs, 1 orange zinnia 3 inch pot". If there is a choice of color or varieties please note this in the space as well. If no variety is chosen, we will make a lovely choice for you.

Plant Variety & Quantity Notes

Please indicate here if you would like a specific color or variety of plant or multiples of any plant species, for example: 3 Feverfew 3 inch pots, 2 Marshmallow 4 packs, 1 orange zinnia 3 inch pot.

We have a variety of themed packs available for your purchase. We curate each of these collections to create a beautiful garden full of smells and colors!

There are no guarantees about which individual plants you will receive with your purchase but please not any preferences and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Dried Flower Garden- Long after our blooms have disappeared from the garden, our dried flowers keep us company for years to come! With this plant pack you'll be able to dry all plants to make wreaths and dried flower decorations. We love celosia, strawflower and feverfew here! Easy Breezy Beautiful Flowers- You'll love every bloom in this collection from colorful zinnias to gorgeous strawflowers, eye catching rudbekias and bright celosia, if you want a flower garden LOOK NO FURTHER! Small pack (5 plants, $15), Large pack (10 plants, $30)

Medicinal Plant Collection- A great start or addition to your herbal garden, these plants (like tulsi, lemon balm, skullcap and yarrow) have a variety of flowers and leaves used medicinally for tea and tincture making. They taste and smell great and are good for your health! Small pack (5 plants, $15), Large pack (10 plants, $30)

Pollinator Garden- Some of our most in demand plants like Joe Pye Weed and Butterfly Weed are included in this plant pack. These are all native plants sure to beautify your space and attract insects and butterflies. Small pack (5 plants,$15), Large pack (10 plants, $30)

Perennial Herbs- This garden will just take care of itself while providing you with bountiful delicious teas and gorgeous flowers. Yes Please! Small pack (5 plants, $15), Large pack (15 plants, $30)

Prepay Agreement- I understand that all orders need to be promptly prepaid to be completed via paypal at michelle@cuttingroot.com after receiving an emailed invoice.

Pick up Agreement- I understand that orders will be available for pick up after May 10. I will receive a pick up notice in my email one week in advance of the available pick up date. All orders will be picked up at 949 Mercer Road Butler PA 16001.
